Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead daily operations with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming store environment for the community. You will oversee beverage and food preparation to standard recipes, coach a team, delegate tasks, and uphold cash handling and safety protocols.

The role requires at least 6 months in customer-facing work and ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain store policies and standards, including cash handling and safety.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift with craft and heart to create a welcoming coffeehouse.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety.
• Coach and supervise team; delegate tasks to others.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships.
