You will coach team members, prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, delegate tasks, and ensure safety and store standards during flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience delegating tasks to others and coordinating staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Starbucks shift ensuring quality beverages and customer service.
• Coach and prepare beverages and food to standard recipes.
• Coordinate tasks for two or more employees.
