Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Ability to delegate tasks to other employees and coordinate two or more employees.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Commitment to following store policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience.
• Prepare and coach preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes, adjusting ingredients as needed.
• Direct and coordinate the work of team members during shifts.
• Ensure quality beverages/food, cash handling and store safety and security.
