Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role involving constant interaction with customers.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees and coordinating their work.
• Availability for flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Ability to prepare and coach beverages and foods to standard recipes or customized requests.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks experience for the community.
• Coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes and accommodate customization as needed.
• Ensure store policies, cash handling, safety and security standards are followed.
