Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality and follow store policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse welcoming.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard or customized recipes.
• Monitor cash handling, safety, and security.
• Coordinate tasks of staff and ensure smooth shift operations.
