Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, guiding the team to deliver quality beverages and food in a welcoming space. You’ll mentor partners, coach task delegation, and ensure smooth shift operations while upholding store standards.

This role emphasizes attendance, flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a strong focus on customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Benefits support growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Direct the work of team members to ensure fast, friendly service and quality products
• Coach and delegate tasks to ensure smooth shift operations
• Maintain a warm, inviting environment and uphold Starbucks standards of customer care
