Job summary

You will ensure quality beverages and food, coach team members, and uphold store policies including cash handling and safety while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating tasks for two or more people.
• Prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community.
• Ensure quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety in accordance with policies.
• Coach and direct team members to deliver excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
