• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours incl. mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Lead shift by example, ensuring quality beverages and food.
• Coach beverage preparation to standard recipes or customer specs.
• Direct and coordinate the tasks of team members for smooth service.
