Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages/food to standard recipes or customer modifications.
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members to prepare beverages and foods.
• Coach staff to follow standard recipes and customer customizations.
• Ensure store policies on cash handling, safety and security are followed.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment and high service standards.
• Support a culture of teamwork and excellent customer service.
