Qualifications

• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies, quality beverages/food, cash handling and store safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members to ensure quality beverages and foods.
• Coach and delegate tasks to staff to maintain service standards.
• Monitor store safety and policy adherence and provide customer support.
