Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space for the community and keeping daily operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality and adhere to store policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to ensure quality beverages and food items.
• Coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate work for two or more employees.
• Uphold cash handling, store safety and security policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
