Job summary

Qualifications

• Attend and be punctual with reliable attendance.
• Flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet policies on quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• Six months of customer-interaction experience.
• Six months delegating tasks and coordinating two or more team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the store welcoming.
• Direct work of team members and coach beverage/food prep to standard recipes.
• Ensure consistency in quality, service, and store safety.
• Coordinate tasks among team during shifts.
