Starbucks Coffee Company seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to lead daily service with craft and heart in our Sioux Falls store. You will coach teammates, ensure quality beverages, handle cash, and maintain a welcoming environment.

This role supports growth through on-the-job development, flexible hours, and a benefits package including health, tuition coverage, and a 401(k). You’ll collaborate with a diverse team to brighten customers' day.

Qualifications

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies, quality beverages/food, cash handling, and safety requirements.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and model Starbucks standards.
• Ensure quality beverages and foods with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and brighten customer experiences.
• Maintain store safety, policies, and cash handling procedures.
