Job summary

Starbucks Box Elder, SD is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, welcoming service and consistent beverages.

The role requires directing the work of others, coaching teammates, and maintaining store standards while handling cash and safety. Flexibility for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected, with growth opportunities through Starbucks benefits and development programs.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise shift operations to ensure quality beverages and food products
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members and coordinate two or more employees
