Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position requiring constant interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to others or coordinating two or more employees
• Ability to lead a team and direct work effectively

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and coach team members
• Ensure quality beverages and food products and maintain store safety
• Balance cash handling and uphold store policies and standards
