Braum's Inc. in Yukon, OK is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations and coach a team across food service, grocery and fountain areas. The role requires a minimum of 1 year in supervision and a valid driver's license, with an expected 45-hour work week on a rotating 3-week schedule.

Compensation includes an hourly range of $14.50–$15.00 and an annual approx. $35,500–$37,000, plus medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Reports to the Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work a rotating schedule and ~45 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and lead store crew.
• Maximize sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee shift operations for food service, grocery, and fountain.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, safety and cleanliness; ensure store policies are followed.
