The position offers an hourly range of $15.50–$16.00 and an annual $39,000–$42,500, with bi-weekly bonus eligibility, rotating 3-week schedule and ~45 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew.
• Inventory, safety and cleanliness monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
