Qualifications

• Minimum six months of customer-facing experience.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Ability to follow recipes and prepare beverages and food.
• Experience delegating tasks to a team of two or more colleagues.
• Meet store policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and supervise front-of-house staff.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and quick issue resolution.
