Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage and food preparation to standard recipes or customer specifications.
• Coach team members in food/beverage prep and service.
• Ensure store policies, safety, and cash handling are followed.
