Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and build relationships.
• Strong oral communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach staff to prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality; work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ensure quality beverages and food, cash handling, store safety and security.
• Foster a welcoming environment and provide exceptional customer service to the community.
