Job summary

Braum's in Borger, TX is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team during early shifts. The role reports to the Assistant Manager and requires at least 1 year of experience.

You will coach crew, ensure food quality and customer satisfaction, manage shift operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales, and help maintain safety and store policies. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
• Work schedule on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
