Braum's in Mansfield, TX seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead the store during a morning-to-afternoon shift, ensuring great customer experience, food quality and sales. Candidates should be energetic, with at least 1 year of experience and a commitment to Braum's brand values.

The role involves coaching the team, monitoring inventory, safety and cleanliness, and upholding store policies. Schedule rotates with ~45 hours per week; starting around 5:30 am and finishing by 3:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.
