Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months of high-volume quick service restaurant experience.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• Must be ServSafe certified.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador of the Dairy Queen brand and be professional in every aspect of performance.
• Greet fans and deliver fan-first service with enthusiasm.
• Assist in managing specific areas during scheduled shifts.
• Coordinate crew pace to maintain high performance and reduce bottlenecks.
• Assist the GM and Asst. Manager with training and coaching crew.
• Ensure the restaurant is organized and properly staffed.
• Create a safe, clean, and inviting environment for fans and team.
• Resolve fan concerns following Dairy Queen service recovery standards.
• Be a cooperative team player and maintain good relations with staff.
• Model performance standards and demonstrate passion for excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
