Dairy Queen is hiring a Restaurant Shift Manager at a Fourteen Foods Dairy Queen location. You will provide quality customer service and food, following brand standards, while supporting and learning from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.

Responsibilities include delivering a positive guest experience, upholding health and safety standards, and assisting in daily operations within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year experience as a food service or retail supervisor/manager.
• Must pass a background check.
• English language proficiency; fluency may be required for some stations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products to standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen.
• Assist and learn management responsibilities from the Assistant Manager and General Manager.
