Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and organize production on a daily basis to meet orders.

• Train and motivate Associates and ensure 5S and TPM practices.
• Oversee equipment operation, quality audits, and data entry.
• Report production metrics and issue resolution to Lead supervisor.
