Job summary

Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden, part of Tc4 & Co Hospitality in Austin, TX, is seeking a Shift Supervisor / Key Hourly to help lead our restaurant teams, both front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age, or older (based on local restrictions).
• 1+ years of current full service restaurant manager experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder and shift supervisor.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house shift operations to ensure high quality food and service.

Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden is a full service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities in a casual dining restaurant environment.

Team members typically average $25 to $30 per hour. However, because this is a tipped role, this is not guaranteed. You will be paid a base of $2.13 plus tip share.

This restaurant front of house or back of house job for hourly key team leaders focuses on assisting managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder. This includes shift supervisory / shift lead roles ensuring high quality food is prepared and served to our customers. This is an hourly team leader role that has keyholder / shift supervisor responsibilities.
