Job summary

Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Austin, TX. The role focuses on leading front-of-house operations, maintaining standards, and ensuring top guest service during events.

You will assist managers, oversee shifts, and train team members to uphold quality and safety in a fast casual environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food service preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Must be at least 18 and eligible to work in the US.

Job Duties:

• Maintaincleanliness and follow all food regulation standards of the stand
• Provide notable service to guests
• UpholdTony C's standards for food quality and presence
• Perform beginning, ending, and waste counts
• Provideclear communication of what happens during events and addresses needs to GM
• Oversee production during events and uphold all rules and guidelines

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age, or older (based on local restrictions)
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Clean driving record, able to pass a background check
