Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden in Austin, TX is hiring for a Shift Supervisor / Key Hourly role. You will support managers and lead team members in a fast casual restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder/shift supervisor.

Tony C’s Pizza & Beer Garden is a full service restaurant concept that has growth opportunities in a casual dining restaurnat environment.

Team members typically average $25 to $30 per hour. However, because this is a tipped role, this is not guaranteed. You will be paid a base of $2.13 plus tip share.

This restaurant front of house or back of house job for hourly key team leaders focuses on assisting managers in running the restaurant as a keyholder. This includes shift supervisory / shift lead roles ensuring high quality food is prepared and served to our customers. This is an hourly team leader role that has keyholder / shift supervisor responsibilities.
