Job summary

SSP America at Pittsburgh International Airport is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations across our portfolio, including Shake Shack, Stack & Press, and Convive Coffee Shop. You will greet guests, supervise shifts, and ensure SSP standards are met.

You will train new hires, complete opening/closing checklists, and coach the team to achieve business goals. A TSA background check, HS diploma, and minimum 1 year in food & beverage are required.

Qualifications

• Pass a TSA background check with no disqualifying issues.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food & beverage.
• Full service and/or quick service restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and procedures.
• Train new hires on operational standards.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals.
