Job summary

Compass Group USA seeks a Shift Supervisor for Starbucks at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. The role oversees a team during shifts, ensures adherence to policy, and drives quality and customer service on a fast-paced campus dining operation.

The position offers hourly compensation of $20.00, with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Schedule varies with day/evening shifts and at least one weekend day required; prior Starbucks barista experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Location: Starbucks at Quinnipiac University

• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time hourly SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.
• Address: 275 Mt. Carmel Ave. Hamden, CT 06518. Note: online applications accepted only.

• Requirement: Prior Starbucks barista experience is preferred.
• Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
