Responsibilities

• Review deployment sheet and adjust for labor efficiency.
• Conduct daily restaurant tours and deposits.
• Monitor safety practices and coach team accordingly.
• Train team on all restaurant positions.
• Ensure guests are served the Culver's way and manage complaints.
