Responsibilities

• Runs shifts effectively to ensure quality products, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness meet system standards.
• Ensures guests receive quality products within target times for in house and drive-thru orders.
• Coaches team on safety best practices and food safety.
• Manages inventory, forecasts, and daily reconciliation.
• Develops crew chief and shift leader using the training checklist.
• Maintains labor cost standards by staffing adequately.
• Ensures policies and procedures are followed and team is cross-trained.
