Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and ability to open or close restaurant.
• Management experience required.
• Reading and writing skills required.
• Strong communication with guests, team and management.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 25 feet.
• Knowledge of food safety practices.
• Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work in varied environments (hot/cold/damp).

Responsibilities

• Open or close the restaurant on a rotating schedule.
• Run shifts to ensure quality, guest service and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety and food safety practices.
• Review daily deployment sheets and adjust labor for efficiency.
• Conduct daily restaurant tours and ensure POS procedures are followed.
• Train team on all restaurant positions and standards.
• Lead by example in appearance and attitude.
• Attend manager and team meetings.
• Document product waste and inventory as needed.
