We are hiring immediately for a full time and part time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.

Location: Chico Marx - 2 Tower Place, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time and part time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous restaurant and supervisory experience is required.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
