We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Shift Supervisor positions.

Pay Rate: $22.25 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide training and create work schedules.
  2. Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
  3. Prepare reports for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
  4. Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
  5. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
