• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.
• Location: Capital One Lenox Square - 3393 Peachtree Road Northeast Space #3, Atlanta, GA 30326. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time; days may vary, 9:30 am to 8:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior barista and supervisor experience required.

• Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Act as the contact for employee complaints and requests.
• Mentor and encourage employee development and goal setting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
