We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

Location: McLeod Carolina Forest – 101 McLeod Health Boulevard, Myrtle Beach, SC 29579. (Online applications only)

Schedule: Monday through Sunday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (full-time and part-time).

Requirement: Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Pay Range: $17.00–$17.90 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Certain positions may require Florida Level 2 background screening.
