Overview

We are hiring immediately for full time Shift Supervisor positions.

Location: McLeod Health - 555 East Cheves Street, Florence, SC 29506. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 5:30 pm to 5:00 am; rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous customer service and supervisory experience required.

Fixed Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity and safety standards.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage development and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
