• Location: Capital One Lenox Square - 3393 Peachtree Road Northeast Space #3, Atlanta, GA 30326. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time and part time schedules; Days may vary, 9:30 am to 8:30 pm. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior barista and supervisor experience is required.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management to meet quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
