Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a Shift Supervisor for Wingate University, Wingate, NC. The role is full-time with Monday–Friday hours; evenings and nights are required. Prior Chick-Fil-A experience is preferred, and previous customer service and fast food experience are required.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
