Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Savannah, GA to lead associates on a shift, ensure tasks are completed, and uphold policy and safety standards.

Eligible candidates will have prior supervisory, cooking, and food safety experience, with weekend/evening availability. This full- and part-time role offers competitive pay and benefits as part of a national foodservice program serving corporations, universities, and museums.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor developing employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
