SSC Services for Education is hiring for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at Texas State University, San Marcos, TX. Openings at other locations within the school district are available. Online applications are accepted only.

• We are hiring immediately for full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

• Location : Texas State University - 601 University Drive, San Marcos, TX 78666. (Openings at other locations within school district available) Note: online applications accepted only .

• Schedule : Full time schedule; Monday through Friday; 2nd shift, 6:00 pm to 2:00 am. Sunday through Thursday; 3rd shift, 10:30 pm to 6:30 am. More details upon interview. (Full and Part Time with the flexibility to meet most scheduling needs)

• Requirement : Prior supervisory experience is required.

• Pay Range: $16.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.

• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.

• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.

• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
