We are hiring immediately for a full-time Shift Supervisor position.

Address: All Saints - 3801 Spring Street, Mount Pleasant, WI 53405. Note: includes occasional weekends; more details upon interview.

Requirements: Previous cash handling experience is required; some management experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Summary

Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Provide training and create work schedules.
  2. Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who do not meet standards.
  3. Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
  4. Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
  5. Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned.
