• We are hiring immediately for a full time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Address: St. Vincents Clay/Touchpoint - 1670 St. Vincent's Way, Middleburg, FL 32068. Note: online applications accepted only.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports on production or sales for management, ensuring quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints and requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and career growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
