• We are hiring immediately for full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.
• Location: Mayo - 4500 San Pablo Road, Jacksonville, FL 32256. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time schedules. Monday through Friday, some weekends, and evening hours for events; hours may vary; more details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous catering experience, serving experience, or FOH experience are required.
• Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and career advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
