• We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Address: Ascension St. Vincent Southside - 4201 Belfort Road, Jacksonville, FL 32216. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct associate activities during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while adhering to policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
