Job summary

Bon Appétit Management Company, operating under Compass Group USA, is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at the Cleveland Museum of Art. You will direct associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards.

Location: 11150 East Boulevard, Cleveland, OH 44106; schedule Tue–Sun, 8:00 AM–11:00 PM; prior food and beverage supervisory experience required. Compensation ranges from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that job expectations are met.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.

• Act as the point of contact for employee questions and time-off requests.
• May mentor and encourage employees toward advancement.
