• We are hiring immediately for a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR position.
• Location: MUSC Chester Medical Center - 1 Medical Park Drive, Chester, SC 29706. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. Rotating weekends on call. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Prior management or supervisory experience in a hospitality setting is preferred.
• Pay Range: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct associates during a shift, ensuring job expectations are met while maintaining policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline underperformers.
• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
