We are hiring immediately for full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

Location: MUSC Health Charleston Main - 171 Ashley Avenue, Charleston, SC 29425. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am; rotating weekends. More details upon interview.

Requirement: 1 year of previous supervisory experience is required.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.

• Provide training and create work schedules.

• Prepare reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints and requests.
• Mentor employees and encourage goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
