Coreworks is hiring immediately for full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions.

• Location: Memorial Hospital and Manor - 1500 East Shotwell Street, Bainbridge, GA 39819
• Schedule: Full-time schedules. Open availability. Days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous supervisor/management experience is required. Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Pay Rate: $15.25 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure are maintained.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who do not meet standards.
• Prepare reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met.
• Serve as the contact for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
